The item includes an indoor unit an outdoor unit a line kit electrical and communication cables a drain hose as well as a small bag of accessories necessary for installation. The lines are copper and measure approximately 10ft. The unit is pre-charged with sufficient R410A refrigerant gas up to approximately 25 ft of lines. The wall bracket for the indoor unit is included just unscrew it. Voltage: 220V
